1. Úvodní ustanovení
Tyto podmínky upravují užívání aplikace agent-keys („aplikace“), kterou provozuje Stanislav Hanuška, kontaktní e-mail info@stanislavhanuska.cz („provozovatel“).
Aplikace je soukromý nástroj, který provozovatel používá při výkonu své podnikatelské činnosti — ke správě reklamních účtů, tvorbě a úpravám kampaní a k analýze dat z účtů Google. Není veřejně nabízenou službou, neprodává se a nemá uživatelské účty.
2. Kdo smí aplikaci používat
Aplikaci je oprávněn používat výhradně provozovatel, případně osoby, které k tomu provozovatel výslovně pověřil. Aplikace není zpřístupněna veřejnosti ani nabízena třetím osobám k jejich vlastnímu užívání.
Autorizace přístupu probíhá výhradně prostřednictvím účtů Google, které patří provozovateli nebo ke kterým mu jejich vlastník přístup udělil.
3. Rozsah oprávnění a odpovědnost
Aplikace má u služby Google Ads oprávnění nejen číst, ale i měnit obsah spravovaných účtů. Změny provedené prostřednictvím aplikace mohou mít vliv na nastavení kampaní a na útratu účtu.
Za veškeré změny provedené v účtech odpovídá provozovatel. Provozovatel je povinen používat aplikaci pouze u účtů, ke kterým má platné oprávnění, a v souladu s dohodou s vlastníkem účtu.
4. Podmínky společnosti Google
Aplikace přistupuje k datům prostřednictvím rozhraní Google API. Na toto užívání se vedle těchto podmínek vztahují také Google APIs Terms of Service, podmínky Google Ads API a Google API Services User Data Policy včetně požadavků Limited Use.
V případě rozporu mezi těmito podmínkami a podmínkami společnosti Google mají přednost podmínky společnosti Google.
5. Dostupnost a záruky
Aplikace je poskytována „tak, jak je“, bez záruky nepřerušované dostupnosti, bezchybného provozu ani vhodnosti pro konkrétní účel. Provozovatel nezaručuje dostupnost rozhraní třetích stran, na kterých je aplikace závislá, ani úplnost či správnost dat získaných z těchto rozhraní.
6. Omezení odpovědnosti
Provozovatel neodpovídá za škodu vzniklou v důsledku nedostupnosti aplikace, chyby ve zpracování dat, výpadku rozhraní třetích stran ani za rozhodnutí učiněná na základě výstupů aplikace. Tím není dotčena odpovědnost, kterou nelze podle právních předpisů vyloučit.
7. Ochrana osobních údajů
Informace o tom, k jakým datům aplikace přistupuje a jak s nimi nakládá, jsou uvedeny v zásadách ochrany osobních údajů, které tvoří nedílnou součást těchto podmínek.
8. Změny podmínek
Provozovatel může tyto podmínky změnit. Aktuální znění je vždy dostupné na této adrese spolu s datem účinnosti.
9. Rozhodné právo
Tyto podmínky a vztahy z nich vzniklé se řídí právním řádem České republiky. K řešení sporů jsou příslušné soudy České republiky.

1. Introduction
These terms govern the use of the agent-keys application (“the application”), operated by Stanislav Hanuška, contact e-mail info@stanislavhanuska.cz (“the operator”).
The application is a private tool that the operator uses in the course of their business — to manage advertising accounts, to create and modify campaigns, and to analyse data from Google accounts. It is not a publicly offered service, it is not sold and it has no user accounts.
2. Who may use the application
The application may be used solely by the operator, or by persons the operator has expressly authorised. The application is not made available to the public and is not offered to third parties for their own use.
Access is authorised exclusively through Google accounts that belong to the operator or to which the owner has granted the operator access.
3. Scope of permissions and responsibility
For Google Ads, the application is permitted not only to read but also to modify the content of the managed accounts. Changes made through the application may affect campaign settings and account spend.
The operator is responsible for all changes made in the accounts. The operator must use the application only with accounts for which they hold valid authorisation, and in accordance with the agreement with the account owner.
4. Google terms
The application accesses data through Google APIs. In addition to these terms, such use is also governed by the Google APIs Terms of Service, the Google Ads API Terms and the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In the event of a conflict between these terms and Google's terms, Google's terms prevail.
5. Availability and warranties
The application is provided “as is”, without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation or fitness for a particular purpose. The operator does not warrant the availability of the third-party interfaces on which the application depends, nor the completeness or accuracy of data obtained from them.
6. Limitation of liability
The operator is not liable for damage arising from unavailability of the application, errors in data processing, outages of third-party interfaces, or decisions made on the basis of the application's output. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Privacy
Information about the data the application accesses and how it handles it is set out in the privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
8. Changes to these terms
The operator may amend these terms. The current version is always available at this address together with its effective date.
9. Governing law
These terms and any relationships arising from them are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. The courts of the Czech Republic have jurisdiction over any disputes.
